# Problem with Contact Form

 * Hello all,
    I’m having an issue editing a Contact Form.. Under my Dashboard, 
   I found the section “Contact” with subcategories “Contact Forms” and “Add New”.
   When I click on the Contact forms, it brings me to the settings.

 * My issue is the “quick contact” widget thing on the right side.
    I’m trying to
   edit the description, where it says “Need a quick reply to your questions? Fill
   the form, we will reply in max 24h”
 * I want to edit that so it actually makes sense. When I go to the contact forms
   in the dashboard and look at the settings, I find everything dealing with “Name”,“
   Email” and “Enter Your Message”.. but I see nothing on editing the description.
   Maybe I’m completely in the wrong area? Has anyone else had this problem?

 * Go to your widget in admin dashboard and check the widget with your created contact
   form shortcode. Check if any text is there ?

 * So when you select Contact in the sidebar and open this form for edit, that text
   is not in the edit window? As already mentioned, it may be in the sidebar widget,
   go to widgets, click sidebar, and open whatever text widget is in there. It may
   have the text you want to change and the form shortcode.

 * That contact form is **not** using the CF7 plugin but something with the id/class`
   yit_quick_contact`. First, identify exactly which plugin you are using and then
   post in that plugin’s dedicated forum via its page in the [Plugin Repository](http://wordpress.org/plugins/).

 * Found it! Thanks guys, it was in the appearance > widget section just like you
   both mentioned.. Time to get back on the grind!
