# Problem with connection using SSL/TLS

 * I’ve changed my hosting provider and realized that Easy SMTP stopped to work.
   I’m getting connection error while I’m trying to connect to the external email(
   email is on another hosting).
 * When I disabled SSL/TLS (set to none) and changed port from 465 to 587 – it started
   to work.
 * What should I tell my hosting provider in this case? Looks like I can’t connect
   using TLS/SSL from my new hosting.
 * Any ideas?

 * Hi, did you change your hosting provider while you had the plugin installed? 
   If yes, can you disable and delete the plugin, then install a fresh new copy.
   Let me know if this works for you.

 * I tried to install previous version manually but it didn’t work, so I updated
   to the newest version and still doesn’t work.

 * Hi,

 * The plugin was working before you moved to a different host. So, I think your
   best option is to speak to your host about this issue. Unfortunately we have 
   no control over server settings.
