Problem with comment form

Hey,

I just noticed my comment section has a problem as you can see in this screenshot:

I commented the website field because i thought it was going to solve the problem but looks like that it happens to everything that is below the email field.

I already tried to add a and a paragraph to the comments.php file but didn’t work.

Please any help.
