  • Also, it would be so helpful if you tell us how to replace the design with this : https://www.dropbox.com/s/58u9ali5tb1ry6i/Screenshot%202018-09-04%2020.07.34.png

    We have the HTML, we just need know the PHP tags to use for reviewer pic (gravatar), title, review body & rating.

    Thank you so much 🙂

    1. Your Materialize theme adds custom styling to SELECT elements which conflicts with the star-rating of Site Reviews. To fix this, please see: https://pastebin.com/SYJapJ1T

    2. Your Materialize theme adds custom styling to checkbox INPUT elements. Site Reviews puts the checkbox inside the label, while the Materialize theme expects the checkbox to come after the label. To fix this, add the following custom CSS:

    .glsr-field input[type=checkbox] {
        opacity: unset;
        position: unset;
        left: unset;
        height: unset;
        width: unset;
        -webkit-appearance: checkbox;
    }
    .glsr-field label[for^=term] {
        display: unset;
        position: unset;
        padding-left: unset;
    }

    FYI: Site Reviews v3.0 will not need these two adjustments.

    3. Do you mean which CSS classes to use?

    We have the HTML + CSS of the new design. We just want to know how to call different components of the review (title, review body & rating etc.) on the new design. (PHP functions)

    Do you have many existing reviews or is this a new installation of the Site Reviews plugin?

    v3.0 (unreleased) introduces some breaking changes in the way reviews are customised, so I would suggest sending you the pre-release of v3.0 with an explanation on how to use custom templates in your theme.

    Let me know if you are interested.

    Also, with v3.0 you will not need to use the custom CSS or function provided above.

    Of-course, I would love to use v3.0. We don’t have any review at this moment – it’s a new setup. Please send me the pre-release of v3.0

    Just sent you an email.

    Once v3.0 is installed, create a folder inside your theme called site-reviews and copy over the template files from the “views/templates” folder in the plugin that you wish to customise.

    For example:

    /wp-content/your-theme/site-reviews/review.php

    The final release will move the “view/templates” folder into the top-level of plugin folder, but this shouldn’t affect anything.
