Problem with character encoding and images

    Hi!

    I have a problem with a webpage I’m working on. For some reason my images won’t show up, even though I triple-ckecked the filepaths. I also have problems with character encoding, but only in the static content. Dynamic content from WordPress is fine, but all special characters in my static content just renders a question mark.

    I feel like these problems are linked together in some way, but I have no clue how!
