# Problem with CFF user email

 * Hello everyone,
 * I’m having an issue with CFF and its email delivery to users who fill out my 
   form. I receive the leads from my form, but the user doesn’t receive any emails.
   I’ve tested the user journey 50 times with different email addresses, but nothing
   works. Not once have I received an email.
 * Could you help me resolve this issue? I’d like users to finally be able to receive
   their emails no matter which address they enter.
 * For your information, SMTP is properly configured, and the plugin is correctly
   installed. The issue seems to be with CFF and the email information I’m providing
   to it.

   settings.
