Good afternoon, community! Sorry to bother you. I use WooCommerce with the OceanWP theme and in the store I have a left sidebar.
In the sidebar, the products appear in a drop-down menu, with the typical downward-pointing arrow that, when clicked, shows the subcategories. Currently, if I click on the name of the parent category, the URL of that category is loaded. I would like that when you click on both the parent category and the little arrow, the subcategories are shown in the menu. I hope I have explained myself correctly, what I want is to avoid having to do two clicks to access the subcategories.
Do you think it is possible to do that? I’ve been looking at the settings for a while, but I still haven’t figured it out. Thanks in advance to all of you for any suggestions. Kind regards!

    Hi there 👋

At the moment, there’s no default option for that in WooCommerce, and setting that as the default would require quite a bit of additional coding. Please kindly note that this requires some custom coding – which goes beyond the scope of support we are able to provide in this forum.

If you do require more help with the actual coding, we’d recommend you hire a developer who can take a look at this, quote you for their services, and help you add this feature to your site. We’d recommend getting in touch with a web developer or one of the customization experts listed at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.

    Cheers!
