 * I’m facing a problem with a carousel slider in which I don’t know how to enlarge
   its width to 100% of the page and add the thumbnail filter of ‘full’ size.

 * The code is:
    `<?php echo do_shortcode('[sp_wpcarousel id="24499"]'); ?>`
 * Could someone help me?
