Problem with canonicalization for posts pagination

for avoiding canonicals to the posts pagination i have checked “No Pagination for Canonical URLs:”

my posts having url http://www.domainname.com/post-name/44/
http://www.domainname.com/post-name/45/
http://www.domainname.com/post-name/46/

are canonicalizing to the main post http://www.domainname.com/post-name/

by selecting this option my category pagination is also canonicalized to main category page like

http://www.domainname.com/categoery/categoery-name/2/
http://www.domainname.com/categoery/categoery-name/3/

to http://www.domainname.com/category/category-name/

now i dont want this to be happened to my category pagination as the content wil get changed every time. please resolve my issues
