I don’t fully understand what is the issue. When I checked your site, everything was fine. When I have 5 products, I don’t get free delivery:

Thank you for reply, i want to notice that we have a PRO version but as support we don’t have an access to this account.
Please make a little modification of this steps π put 15 products which will be a litter more than 200 PLN, then, after you put discount, the free delivery will stay, but it shouldnt because the total cart value is below 200 PLN.

If you have PRO version of the plugin, I would kindly ask you to contact us via support form. You don’t need to be log in to your account. Just provide the email address to which you have assigned the license.
Meantime, I would suggest deactivating all the other plugins beside WooCommerce and Flexible Shipping and changing the theme to default Storefront. Such a problem usually happens if other plugin or theme overwrites our plugin.

We cant do this because plugin was installed and activated by previous support company. We took over the client and only thing i have is license. You can send me an email to dan@siriuspro.pl and i will give you a license key to validate.
@siriusproio license key won’t be helpful for us. We can’t locate your subscription this way.

Hm… are you sure that message bellow is not from your plugin?
Let me explain. The message “darmowa dostawa” is not shown by the Flexible Shipping.
The issue is only when you enter the discount code – https://take.ms/Cfcvy. The free shipping notice, it’s only in the cart. After going to the checkout, the shipping price is visible – https://take.ms/aEZdl.
The issue is not caused by Flexible Shipping, but some other plugin. That’s why the best option here is to deactivate all the other plugins beside WooCommerce and Flexible Shipping. Additionally, change the theme to the default Storefront. Such a problem usually happens if other plugin or theme interferes.
