    Hello, I almost finished my new website and i’m testing payed reservation via “booked appointment plugin”.

    The problem is that Woocommerce’s emails are well sent whereas BOOKED’s emails are not (exect booked new appointement for admin). The real problem is for “booked appointment reminder emails”, I really want this email to be sent 2h before the reservation time.

    I can see on Booked’email settings that if there is a problem with emails, it’s good to use “easy wp smtp” plugin. So I installed it on my wordpress but I don’t know how the “edit it” to have the reminder emails fixed…
    Could you help me please!!!

    It is obvious that something is blocking the booked emails. Can you confirm that the emails are sent? Are the emails landing in your spam box?

    So I installed it on my wordpress but I don’t know how the “edit it” to have the reminder emails fixed…

    Out plugin only serves as a bridge between your email server and your site. If your settings are incorrect or your emails are not sent through the contact form you are using, I am afraid that our plugin won’t be able to help you.

    So, only Admin emails are sent (new appointment AND admin reminder). I don’t receive ANY clients’ emails, even in Spam. But if I receive Amdin ones, there should be a solution no?

    This issue might be related to WooCommerce plugin. Try opening a support ticket in WooCommerce forum. I am also curious to know what the issue is.

    Hello,

    I’m not sure about that, how, as I told you, I receive all Woocommerce ‘s emails.
    I don’t receive “Booked plugin”‘s clients’ emails.
    And it’s weird because when I was in “payment test mode” Iwas receiving all emails from woocommerce AND booked.

    You need to speak to the developers of the plugin. Unfortunately this has nothing to do with our plugin since it is working with WooCommerce.
