With ALL (yes ALL) plugins deactivated, try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any plugin/theme-specific issue
The fix is very simple! Your page is lacking this line:
<link rel=stylesheet id=twentyfourteen-style-css href='http://legaldocspro.net/blog/wp-content/themes/twentyfourteen/style.css' type='text/css' media=all />
Try to add it to your theme header.
Let me know if this works

I just tried adding that line of code to the header and it did not make any difference. I will install the Twenty Seventeen theme to try that one. The latest I have is Twenty Sixteen.

I just disabled all of my plugins and installed Twenty Seventeen. It looked okay in the WP dashboard but I just looked at it now and that same blog post still does not display correctly. Any more suggestions?
There is something that is removing
<link rel=stylesheet id=twentyfourteen-style-css href='http://legaldocspro.net/blog/wp-content/themes/twentyfourteen/style.css' type='text/css' media=all />
From the header of that post Because if you take a look at all your blog posts they all show that css style code liner in the source
Are you using a custom template for your post?
I am not using any custom template for that post. Please let me know specifically where in the header I should place this code. Thanks for all of your assistance.
<link rel=stylesheet id=twentyfourteen-style-css href='http://legaldocspro.net/blog/wp-content/themes/twentyfourteen/style.css' type='text/css' media=all />
