# Problem with attachments on forms

 * Firstly, thank you for picking up this plugin since it went unsupported. It is
   one of the essentials!! I have updated the plugin to 4.11
 * I have a form with file upload fields. If I add a document then the form looks
   like it is sent in that the form clears but the data is not recorded to the tracking
   database nor is an email received. If I don’t include a file then the form works.
 * That said success message isn’t actually shown, but I think that is a separate
   issue.
 * The form is used for people to send their resumes and so it is important it is
   working.
 * Appreciate any help.

 * I’m still unable to solve this. I’ve tried deactivating plugins and turning them
   back on, but still no joy. This is a really really important feature and I really
   don’t want to have to get used to another form plugin if I can avoid it…

 * I cannot reproduce this with 14.11.3. If you still see that behaviour, please
   write some more details about the form.
