Problem with an Annoying Spammer…Please help!

Hi There,
Recently, I have been having a problem with one VERY annoying spammer that just doesn’t quit. Everyday he starts spamming my blog.

Here’s the thing…
I have comments disabled but everyday, I get over 20 emails on comments “awaiting moderation”. How is he doing this and how do I stop him? I’ve blocked some titles but he or this bot just submits new ones with new titles. I don’t see how he is doing this if I have comments disabled.

Any help on stopping this idiot is appreciated.
