Is it possible to replace all double quotes?

    Hi,

the alternate image text can be added to the media library. Once an image is inserted in a page or post though, the alt text is not dynamically updated. To update existing pages/posts, in case there is no alt text, perhaps this plugin helps: https://wordpress.org/plugins/auto-image-alt/

Currently alt is taken from the title of the article …
I don’t like that the file name is inserted in the alt text.
It would take a code that replaces the double quotes in alt text.
