problem with Advanced Custom Field

Hi, i have a problem with your good plugin and Advanced Custom Field:

when i use a image field or a file field, the plugin works fine only the first time i’m in an article/page and I click the button “upload file/image”, the second and others times I click the button i see all the images.

Any Idea?
