• Hello!

Can anyone advise or confirm a similar experience and perhaps point to some possible suggestions for correction? I had this happen twice to me recently and don’t know how to fix.

On two different WordPress 3.6.1 sites, I have created administration logins for me and a separate one for my client. Training my client how to do simple content maintenance, we are both logged in as administrators of the site and on the dashboard, each on our own computers, using our own user ids/passwords. I step them both through a simple hyperlink creation from the text editor. They highlight their text, enter their external url, enter a title, select new window, save, update the page and no link is made. If I login to the site from my computer with their username and password, I can make the link.

If I am not logged in, they tell me that cannot make a link regardless. ?

    Thank you!
    Michlle

  • It appears to me from above that only one of you is following the training 🙂

Can you do a Remote Desktop Support session with your trainee?
