Problem With Adding Audio Files or Video Files from the gallery

    i am trying to add audio files and video files from the media gallery in my listings, but it doesn’t want to load, but on the other hand if i posted the same audio or video files in a regular wordpress post, it works just fine.

    i have tried Troubleshooting mode leaving only Directorist plugin enabled and tried but still the same issue , so i believe there is no plugin conflict.

    i have tried also to install a plugin “ShortCode ultimate” to insert the audio and the video files. it have worked with audio files only. Can you help?

    Hi @seniordeemos,

    Thank you for reporting! I just replicated the whole scenario and found that occurrence inside the custom post type embed through the description box. Going to share our concern team to look at. Still, I find that may be a problem with an asset that is missing or deprecated.

    Hi there,

    Sure, let me clarify a little bit more. Media loading issue exists in our custom post type description embed, and it’s working for the default post type which we are considering a problem now. A permanent fix will come to our latest updates.
