Check the log to see the problem. (Logging must be enabled to view the logged logs) * I went to my Stripe dashboard to add the domain by following this tutorial: [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#section-4](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#section-4). * But when I add a new domain, I get this error message: We tried to recover the file at [https://eleganthome-deco.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association](https://eleganthome-deco.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association), but we have received a 404 status code from your server. Is the WordPress installation in a subdirectory on the server (i.e. `www.example.com/wordpress/`)? * I’d recommend trying to completely delete that file on your server, then delete and reinstall the Stripe plugin, then try initiating the domain verification from your Stripe dashboard again: [https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/apple_pay](https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/apple_pay) * Please make sure you do not have any security/redirect/CDN/etc plugins that might be blocking/redirecting access to that file. * If you are still having issues, please open a ticket so that we can take a closer look at the site/settings: [https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket](https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket) * Thank you!
