 * Hi triskirun,
 * the add-to-cart.php file was removed from wishlist since version 2.0.0, to use
   the more appropriate add-to-cart system built in with woocommerce; if your site
   is still referencing this file, maybe your theme have an outdated template of
   the wishlist page.
 * Can you please try with the default WordPress theme, to exclude any theme interference?
 * Let us know
