Hi there @nrsuporte – there were only a few tiny changes in Twenty Twenty-Three 1.1, which you can see here. One was a tweak to a gradient in the Aubergine style variation, another a small tweak to the post title in the Blog – Alternative template. Neither would have caused the issues you describe.
There is indeed an issue with the EditorsKit plugin – please follow the developers’ post here for guidance. You can also reach out to them in their support forum if you need further help.
In terms of your “lost homepage” – do you mean that your Home template changes have been cleared and reverted back to the default Home template? When you visit Appearance > Editor > Home, are your modifications still present? If not, you’ll need to redo those, as there is no template revision history in the editor. If your site is online, you could also see if your host offers a rollback feature.
Thanks for your answer.
Indeed, the changes in the home page were lost and it was necessary to redo them, but, never take the values of the home page selected in the wordpress options (it simply forces the theme).
As I redo the home page, I realize that I not only have a conflict with the Editorskit plugins, now I also have problems with the selection of the font that I use, previously I installed the google-fonts plugin and now it also gives problems to.

I’m not quite understanding what you mean here. Would you be you able to explain this in more detail? For example, which “values” are you referring to? And what do you mean by “simply forces the theme”? Feel free to include screenshots – the more detail you can provide the better I’ll be able to help. Thanks!

I’d suggest you post in the support forum for the Google Fonts plugin that you use so they can troubleshoot that with you.
Hi, Thanks again and thanks for your patience
1.- you can do a simple test, create an page: “KTT” (Sample)
Then go to WP options/reading Optios/static page/ select “KTT” as Home page… Open the url and you will realize what I am saying, the information of the “KTT” page is lost and it places the information of the Home page of the theme… not right
2.- What is the .CCS file and where is? and that I must modify to include the font I want in .WOFF format? and what is the directory where I should place the font files?
Thanks a lot

Hmm, I ran through your testing steps but was not able to replicate the issue so far.
Setting a new static homepage does not overwrite my homepage content.
In addition, theme updates don’t override any settings under Setting > Reading.
Without being able to see your site, I’m just guessing at what’s going on at your end. 🙂 If you’re still having issues restoring your site to the way it was before, would you be able to provide full screenshots of both your Home template in the Site Editor, and your Home page in the Pages area? I’ll be glad to have a look for clues.

If you’re trying to add a Google Font to this theme I recommend using the built-in Google Fonts feature in the Create Block Theme plugin. You shouldn’t need to do do anything manually.
Hi thanks
yes, I tried to place the font directly in the .ccs but I couldn’t do it, for this reason my plan B was to install the google-fonts plugins, but I would like to install the font within the theme and thus remove the plugin and the conflicts that it is giving…
I already modified the home page of the theme, deleted the home page that I had created…. if you were not able to replicate the problem, I assume that I am doing something wrong..

Just to clarify here – are you able to try again with adding the font Create Block Theme plugin, meaning you doin’t need to use the Google Fonts plugin?
If you do have specific troubles with doing that – we can take a look at what those are.

Just to clarify a little further here – were you editing a ‘Page’ titled ‘Home’? Or were you editing the ‘Home’ template within the Site Editor?
Which if those you edited, and which is used by the site will vary depending on what options you have selected in Settings > Reading. If you can tell me a little more about where you made the edits to the Home content – that will help.
Thanks a lot,
When removing the google-fonts plugins, it did not give more errors with the home-page, I already installed the font to use directly in the .ccs file.
I am going to take view, analize and studying the ” Create Block Theme“, since I did not know this option.
Thanks again and Best regards
OK sounds great – best of luck with that. As you’re able to go ahead with that, we would love if you would mark this topic as resolved in the sidebar. This helps our volunteers find the topics that still need attention and more people will get helped, possibly like you did.
