Problem with activity and lockouts

Hi, I recently received many messages from new customers that they cannot excess the site to buy. I wanted to check whether the are blocked to redeem it, however it didn’t show any msg on the activity and lockouts from the dashboard.
I tried rebooting the plugin and changing the preferences, and it still didn’t work…
So I’ve downloaded the previous version (wp-cerber.8.9.3) and it solved it.
However, I would like to use the most recent version. Is there a known problem with the version? If not, What can I do?
This plugin is the best security plugin and I’m using it for years! 🙂
