Problem with a scenario

Hi,

I have one main domain and 4 subdomains.
I need 2 subdomains to be in English and 2 to be in French.
But Multisite Language Switcher (MLS) seems not to support that scenario 🙁

From the editing screen of a page or post, say from one of the English sites, MLS correctly detect 3 sites (one in English and 2 in French) since I configured MLS on the 4 sites. I can also select a post or a page from one of the two French sites from the MLS language display in that editing screen. So, everything is fine until now.

But when I display the English web page, the MLS widget display the flag or description of the two French sites. The first description points incorrectly to the main domain/website and the second description points correctly to the right French page (the page selected above).

So, MLS seems to confuse subdomains when they are in the same language.

Is there a way around this ? Can I tweak one or two PHP files to do the trick ? And how?
