# Problem with a plugin or wordpress

 * Hi,
 * I have a problem with the plugin netaxept payment gateway for woocommerce.
    This
   problem occured after putting the website live.
 * When i try to edit the settings on the plugin from the admin page -> woocommerce-
   > settings and after pressing the Save button i only get “Could not find the 
   page”. And then i am unable to get any answer from the webserver for several 
   minutes. It’s like the server is shutdown completely when this happens.
 * I cannot seem to anything in the logs either.
 * I am running a test site on another server and here the plugin works fine.
 * Have anyone experienced this before?
    Any tips?

 * Spoke to the author of the plugin and he said that he had another customer with
   the same problem.
 * Woocommerce does the saving of the settings for the plugin. So he found out that
   this problem was caused by either the template or another plugin.
 * The solution is to create a miniplugin that saves the settings.
