# Problem with 4.2 wordpress update

 * Hi all,
 * I just update my website to 4.2, however now i can’t see anything.. like it’s
   all blank! first it was giving me the bd connection error then, the 500 error..
   now just nothing..
    if i go to wp-login i can put the credentials but the result
   is another blank page..
 * Need help.. the web site is: loladatuga.com

 * Okay, so start on the troubleshooting steps in that thread – beginning with deactivating
   your plugins manually – you’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel to access your site 
   files on the server and rename it here:
 *     ```
       wp-content
           plugins.HOLD
       ```
   
 * Ask your hosting company if you’re not familiar with FTP or Cpanel.
