Problem with 3.1.8.2 and Secure HTML5 Video plugin

When I upgraded to 3.1.8.2 the plugin prevents the loading of any video on Mac devices.
Macos 10.7.5, Safari 6.0.3 WordPress 3.5.1
The same is true when using iOSX on ipad/iPhone

When I downgrade back to 3.1.8.1 it fixes the issue
