Problem with 3.0 – “sorry you do not have rights to view this page”

  • hi my problem is basicly what the topic states

    when i load my home page not logged in i see that error once logged in i can view it.

    also when i go to the page editor access is set to public + published

    error can be viewed at either
    axiomlease.com.au
    gr33n.com.au

    @macmanx

    Try decativating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme (WordPress 2.9) or the TwentyTen theme (WordPress 3.0) to rule-out a theme-specific issue.

    found the plugin with the error its User access manager…

    anyone familiar with that plugin and how maybe to fix it otherwise i need to downgrade to 2.9 again…

    Hotfix is now available.

    If you do not have an admin page anymore 3.0 blocking it, how do you switch to default theme 2.9?

    jrmar, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename everything except the /twentyten/ directory. This will force the Twenty Ten theme to activate.
