So it’s 1 Feb today, and the stats have rolled over to show Feb, Jan, Dec, and the list doesn’t have the same order as yesterday at all.
We also have a strange situation where the February count, which is only today, is about 8 times greater than the total number of listens showing in the dashboard. The episode that was showing listeners in December when it did not exist then, appears to have self corrected.
However, the miscounting is odd. I’d be happy to email you screenshots privately showing you the counts.
Bump.
Same problem again only this time the discrepancy between the single episode and the aggregated stats is more like 80X as the factor, not 8X….
Hi @kimstuart thank you for bringing this to our attention and your patience while we could allocate resources to look into it.
I am not able to replicate this problem on my podcast, so could I ask you to please send an email to hello@castos.com, (marked for my attention) so that I can dig into this a little deeper with you.
Regards
This seems like a problem for me too.

This appears to be a problem in PHP, because you are using “-1 MONTH” in your code of class-ssp-stats.php. Hence, it is a problem in the end of a month like today.
Ah, glad someone else can replicate it, as I’ve told Jonathan, I’m not able to give him access to our admin, can’t get a sign off for that.
And equally glad you’ve got a suggestion about what’s causing it
HI @caorongjin
Thank you for the info and the update on this. Jonathan and I will investigate this further and we’re hoping to get a release update out for the plugin this week if we can get this issue nailed down properly. If you’d like please feel free to send us a message at hello@castos.com as logging into your WP site to see the issue directly would be quite helpful. But I think with this increased level of detail we ought to be able to resolve things.
Cheers,
Craig
Dear @podcastmotor,
Unfortunately, no I don’t think I can give you admin access.
I can confirm, however, that today (May 1) I do not have the issue. Hence, I am fairly certain if you can spoof the date to April 30, you should be able to see the same problem.
Best wishes,
Alex
