Problem whit Facebook plugin

Hi all, i have little problem whit this plugin.
In first time, when i have installed the plugin it work fine and all was ok.
In these days i have try to post on my wordpress site, and i have see on my FB page it don’t put the post inside the page.
I’m Italian, i don’t speak good english language i hope i can explain this problem correctly.
This site is of my sister, i have follow the instruction to create, on facebook developer, an app for post on page.
I have create the app on the user profile of my sister page whit her account developer.
I have put:
App ID —–
App Secret —–
and in Social Publisher settings i have this:
A Facebook application identifier associated with
Creazioni ad Uncinetto ✓
Associate an Open Graph action-object pair for your application: people can publish an article <—— WHAT IS THIS??
Authenticate with Facebook to allow your Facebook application to post to your Timeline or Page on your behalf when a post is published ✓
Publish an article to your Facebook Timeline
Submit your Publish action for approval. Request optional capabilities: User Messages, Tags, Explicitly Shared.
I Can’t disable: “✓ Post to Facebook Timeline using Open Graph actions”
when i click on “✓” for disable it and save the modify, the page refresh and i have ever “✓” on this option.
When it don’t work i have delete old app form developer page, and i have cleared setting in facebook plugin. I have create new app in fb developer, and I have done afresh all.
I hope not to have hurt in to start from scratch.
My problem is that I have two administrator users on wordpress, and I need to use the app with both the users.
