Problem while using custom HOMEPAGES & CATEGORYS

    I’ve got your plugin for my website: bit.ly/1pAZP9W

    But I have a problem, I have enabled it to display add this (I have the pro version) in my:
    Homepage:
    pages:
    archives:
    categories:
    excerpts:

    Pretty much in all my blog, I have the sidebar enabled and the what’s next enabled

    The problem comes since my homepage and my categories are custom made to display posts in an isotope way rather than a normal post, but your plug in ads the JAVASCRIPT inside a written post

    So addthis sidebar and the whatsnext wont be displayed in my homepage or categories since its not in the actual code

    how to fix this?

    Putting the code in the footer would be better?
    or in between the:
    </footer>
    </body>

    many plugins like Q2W3 fixed widget, facebook comments plugin and youtube embed plus take this action, they place it in between the footer and body to avoid all this problems

    what would be a solution for my case?
