Problem while updating

    hello,

    I’m on multisite but I use your pluggin only on one site.

    I accidently quit the wordpress backoffice page today when the plugin was updating.

    It caused a fatal error. The website was not accessible. It is now accessible but my backoffice displays a message “automated WordPress update has failed to complete…”.

    As proposed, I attempted the update again.

    But it does not work. how can I update your pluggin manually ?

    Hi @nclbr,

    You can download the plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/complianz-gdpr/

    Then proceed to install directly, WordPress should overwrite the current plugin.

    If it doesn’t work, deactivate and delete the current plugin and install a new one, your settings will remain.

    If that doesn’t work (it should). You can always unpack the .zip and overwrite the files via FTP.
