# Problem when renew subscription

 * We have this one particular customer always have problem everytime he want to
   purchase/ renew subscription on our site.

 * Is there any possible reason that cause failed paypal payment? If you need any
   further information to investigate the case, please let us know.

 * You’re using the PayPal Standard gateway ?
    Is he sure that he logs in with the
   right account and that is account balance/credit card is valid and he has the
   money to pay for the subscription ?

 * Yes. He is sure using the valid account with enough balance to pay for the subscription.
   The thing is he did not get the paypal page but got the error immediately after
   click the renew button.

 * Update to the latest version (1.6.1) and ask him to try again. We fixed a bug
   where exactly what you explained was happening for users with IPv6 format IP 
   addresses.
