Problem when creating a new page

    I’m using 2.6.5 and when I try to write a new page the computer hangs up. I think it is loading a lot of meta data but I’m not sure.

    Any suggestions on how to fix this problem.

    I tired disabling the visual editor but that wasn’t the problem. When the page partially loads there is a lot of information over in the custom field area.
