    Hi antosha,

    Yes, this should be possible.

    Could you please try adding the following code to the plugin file named recent-posts-widget-plus.php on line 34?

    $excerpt = strip_shortcodes($excerpt);

    Please let me know if this solves your issue and I’ll add this code to the new plugin release.
