# Problem Viewing Google Docs & PDFs

 * We are unable to view Uploaded/Downloaded PDFs or Google Docs.
 * (By contrast, if we click on an Image (eg. JPG or PNG) it displays in the Lightbox.)
 * The workaround for this is go into Google Drive a change the file access to ‘
   Anyone with a link’. For obvious confidentiality reasons, we do not want to do
   this.
 * The Google Drive error message is:
 * ——————-
 * “null needs access”
 * “null needs to authenticate your session. Please allow cookie access for null
   by clicking here.”
    - After we allow Cookie Access:
 * “403. That’s an error.”
 * “We’re sorry, but you do not have access to this page. That’s all we know”
 * ——————-

   a new update fixing the issue.Please update your plugin to the latest version–
   v1.2.8.

 * Many thanks for the update, but, unfortunately, we have upgraded (to v1.2.8) 
   and we’re still seeing the same errors on PDF & Google Docs?
