    Hello everyone,

    I have a small but annoying problem that I hope we can fix with the help of the forum.

    A few weeks ago I created a new website for the organization I work for. Immediately after that, I installed the iThemes Security plugin and configured it to send notifications to administrators under certain circumstances. Initially the site used the local email server, but after it was transferred to another domain I had to integrate the Mailgun service using your plugin. The service was configured through the use of an API key, not through SMTP credentials. Email communication is currently running smoothly, but there is one email created by the security plugin that the system keeps trying to send. The problem is that every attempt fails with an error message “The parameters passed to the API were invalid. Check your inputs!” (please see screenshot at the following link: image).

    I am puzzled by the fact that attempts are being made to send the same email even though I have disabled this type of notifications in the iThemes Security plugin. I am asking for your assistance or advice to fix the problem.`

    I can see failed emails’ “Send to” field is empty, something is overwriting it,
    Deactivate the Plugin “TranslatePress – Multilingual”, then test and let me know.

    Thanks

    Thanks for the quick and adequate reply.

    Based on the information provided, I found and was able to fix the problem. FYI, it was due to a misconfiguration in iThemes Security, not a rewrite of the strigs by TranslatePress.

    Regards,

    @cmac500 Great, thanks for updating me, can you share more detail about this issue? what you change in iThemes Security?

    @haseeb0001

    In the plugin iThemes Security, various notifications (Security Digest, Site Lockouts, Site Scan Results, etc.) can be enabled, and corresponding recipients can also be specified for them. We wanted to not receive a certain notification, but instead of turning it off, we removed all recipients. For this reason, the notification remained active, but no recipients were specified for it and the “Sent to” field was empty.

    Thank you once again.
