# Problem upon Stamp

 * Hi there,
 * I’ve installed pro version and setup stamp permissions for posts. I setup a stampery
   account and entered credentials.
 * However when I attempt to stamp a post it returns the error:
 * “Couldn’t stamp: coulnd’t stamp”
 * I have tried with Ethereum and Bitcoin blockchains.
 * Any help appreciated!

 * It is necessary to have the [FREE] base WP Blockchain installed also before using
   PRO version.
