I have received this error before, but usually a quick run through photoshop and SaveAsWeb fixes it. But now I am getting it on all images over 100KB * I don’t know much about the upload process, but when I attempt a larger image 2-4mb it looks like it uploads OK, but the problem comes when it does the ‘crunching’ * I do not think it is a permission issue as smaller images uploaded OK. Then Go to your WordPress Admin then Settings – Misc. So the problem can’t be in the site. But perhaps with the website settings. Other websites on this server are working OK.
