Thanks for writing :), we use dozens of hours for free and it is really sad when we see a 1 star review when we have not even read any problem in support

This seems your WordPress install does not allow you to upload CSV.

How to fix it? You can incñude this one in your wp-config.php file: define(‘ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS’, true);

Try and tell me if it works.

Anyway this is not a problem of this plugin. This is a security rule of your site.

Anyway you can control if you want to update or not the data (when you import you choose it).
