# Problem Uploading

 * Just installed WordPress 3.0-RC3-15241. When attempting to upload an image to
   either a post or a page, I get the following:
 * The uploaded file could not be moved to /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.org/httpdocs/
   wordpress/wp-content/uploads.
 * This is my second install (though with a different ISP). Didn’t have this problem
   the first time around.
 * Help!
