problem updating theme

    Hello, when I start automatic update, I get the following error: “Unsuccessful update. This version cannot be installed because we cannot copy some of the files. This is usually due to discrepancy of allowed access to the files.”

    How to install the theme?

    Hello @nimotech,

    Very sorry about the inconvenience but I have to say this is an unusual error and not been reported so far.

    Are you perhaps using any security plugins like Wordfence? If yes, please disable and try updating your theme.

    In addition, make sure you’re running a PHP 7+ version and that your WordPress is up to date.

    If you’re still experiencing issues, I would suggest you create a back and then update the theme using FTP (your hosting provider might be able to help you with that if you’re unfamiliar with it).
