# Problem updating

 * Hello,
   I’m stuck on version 6.1.0 with your plugin. If I try to update it automatically,
   the tables disappear from the product pages.
 * If I try to manually update to version 6.4.0, the tables remain on the product
   pages, but the plugin disappears from the backend plugin list, and I receive 
   this email:

 * Please try deleting the plugin and installing the latest version, **7.1.5**, 
   manually. Your settings and pricing rules will not be affected.
 * If the issue persists, please share any new PHP errors from the log.
