Problem Update from Responsive Boat to Neve

Hi,
I tryed to Update our side from Responsive Boat to Neve. After activating the neve theme, the startsite show the Block “New Posts” and i was not able to deactivate this.

i want to have the same optic like the Responsive Boat. How?

Meanwhile i switched back zu Responsive boat
