# Problem Un-installing a plugin

 * I am currently trying to un-install the co authors plus plugin. Whenever I deactivate
   the plugin, the content from my posts do not show up. I am currently using the
   Dyad theme on WP 4.4.2.
 * I made a change to template-tags.php when i first installed the plugin. Do I 
   need to reset this file in order to properly un-install the plugin, and if so
   how do I do that?

 * Personally, I would always revert any changes that I made to other files that
   were related to the reasoning for implementing the plugin then if you still want
   them once everything is good without the plugin and the changes to template-tags.
   php you can add the changes made to template-tags.php back slowly until it breaks
   again.

 * Thanks for the reply! What is the best way to revert changes to the file? Is 
   there a reset option, or do I have to re-upload the file?

 * Re-upload the file from a fresh copy of the theme.
