# Problem to send e-mail

 * Hello! I installed the plugin and I made the correct configuration. However, “
   New Order, Canceled Request and Unsuccessful Order” emails are not being sent
   to my email when any order is placed by a customer.

   of your configuration page. We will check our server logs and shall get back 
   to you with a potential resolution.
