problem to put in the plugin directory of wordpress

Personally, I sent my files to the plugin directory of wordpress but it seems that is not reading the readme.txt to get the information from the plugin, see:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/backtop/
The directory structure is as follows:
backtop

license.txt
back_top.php
trunks
|
|
readme.txt
license.txt
back_top.phpMy readme.txt file also seems to be correct, may be seen at:

What can be wrong?
