Problem to display theme selected and template drobdown

Hi,
I have used wordpress 3.0 for my project. I have installed the project on IIS server. The problem here is that when I select theme it still listed in “Available Themes” and not displayed on “Current Theme”. And another problem is that the template dropdown is not shown while adding or editing the page. I have five template pages and it works fine in local server and unix. Could anyone suggest me what the problem might be.
