Problem to access users after adding them with PHP

I have a small issue with users.
I had a PHP/MySql membership system and have used a small PHP
file to create all members as users in the WP site in order to
use Bulk Email to users and WP Slice Invoice for users

Both the 2 plug-in work 100% after the users were added.

The problem is that I can not access these users from within the WP-Admin – Users section

It does show that I have 713 subscribers but I cannot see them or be able to edit them which is something that I must be able to do as I need to change their expiry dates

I have added info in both the wp_user and wp-_usermeta tables

Did I miss something that would make them visible in WP-Admin?
