 * Hello,
 * I have a problem at the syncronization step with cookiedatabase.org.
   It can’t
   synchronize cookies with my site and a 540 gateway time-out error appears after
   a while.
 * Error on file : /wp-json/complianz/v1/do_action/sync?_locale=user 504 Gateway
   Time-Out
 * 
   Connections with external api/sites are blocked for security reasons, but I 
   can make exceptions if I have the url of the external service to provide. Currently
   I’ve requested an exception for the cookiedatabase.org and wpconsentapi.org url
   but the error persists. Do you have an idea?

 * In this case, you should also request the exception for the Complianz REST API.
   The URL is the following one: `www.site.domain/wp-json/complianz/v1/`.

 * I tried to make an exception for this url but I always get a 504 error. I’m not
   sure what to do.
   If it’s a problem on the hosting side, I don’t know what to 
   ask them.

   In this case, you can reach out to them, explaining that you are getting 504 
   errors when you try to whitelist `wp-json/complianz/v1/`, and ask if they can
   check if this issue is hosting/server-sided.This issue is limiting the capabilities
   of the plugin.
