We’re having trouble getting all of our products synced with our Facebook store. We have roughly a dozen (mostly “variable”) products, which all show up in our website’s WooCommerce shop. Approximately the first dozen products that we created synced to our Facebook store properly. From what I gather, out of the roughly 18 products available at your WooCommerce store, only the first dozen are synced with the Facebook store. Moreover, these products were added to the store before any syncing with the Facebook page ever occurred. Correct? * As I understand, after all the troubleshooting steps you already have tried, this appears to be a plugin/set up conflict. My suggestion is to go ahead with temporarily deactivating the “Open Graph and Twitter Card Tags: by WPExperts – 3.3.0” plugin. I de-activated the  “Open Graph and Twitter Card Tags: by WPExperts – 3.3.0” plugin. I then (re)synced the products. But no change in the Facebook store. 🙁 * Next I completely de-activated the WP-Optimize (caching) plugin, instead of just turning off caching in the plugin’s settings. I then tried to sync again. Now the sync keeps stalling (at “53 items remaining”) and won’t complete. I used the “Facebook: Delete Background Sync Jobs” tool under WooCommerce > Status > Tools to stop the stalled sync process, tried the “Background Processing Test” tool (successful) and tried syncing again. It has again stalled at the same point. * Can you suggest anything else to try? The error notice reported in that thread is different than the error notices that we are getting. 🙁 * Can you please explain what these above error messages mean: * [variation ID]: No options for attribute_[attribute name] * Also, I’ve tried removing all of the variations that showed under that rror grouping, but that didn’t fix the problems either. I’ve taken one of the no-show products, and made sure that all of its variations have prices, proper variation image option selected (use parent item image) and checked to be sure everything about it was in order. Then I tried “delete product(s) on Facebook”, clicked OK, and closed the window as directed. I then reopened the product edit screen, and it showed that the product was not synced to Facebook (so far so good). Then I updated the item again. It re-synced, but again no ID numbers after the variations, and still not showing in the facebook store. * On the plugin Product Sync tab, the syncing spinner is still stuck spinning with[ x] items remaining. (that number seems to change after I’ve tried different things; it is now “2 items remaining”. The Sync button and Save Changes buttons are still grayed out. * What else can I try??
